Every Open Box item is thoroughly inspected, tested, and certified by Bajaao to be in perfect working condition. You might find minor cosmetic imperfections like scratches, dents, or missing manuals/accessories, but the product will perform just as it should. Some items may also be refurbished and are marked as - Open Box B Stock - please check each product listing for specific condition details.
Warranty Coverage
Open Box products have been tested and are guaranteed to be functional. Warranty for Open Box Products are managed by BAJAAO as mentioned below.
Warranty- All open box products are covered under the same 2 year standard warranty as new products. Except for Refurbished (Open Box - B Stock) which carry a one year standard warranty.
Return Policy- Products purchased as Open Box are eligible for “5 day returns” only if received damaged or defective. If you believe you have received a defective or damaged product, simply contact our support team at 022-42035353 ext. 3, or email us at helpdesk@bajaao.com within 5 days of delivery.
Once the defect/damage is confirmed by our team, a free reverse pick-up will be arranged by us from your location, and you can claim a full refund, or an exchange credit for another product purchase.

Got the guitar a day ago, it has everything that is mentioned above except for the Allen key, I previously had INT-38c-BLK, and this one is obviously better than that. I still can't figure out what the fretboard is made of, I added a drop of water on a corner, it absorbed it, but on some other website, I think on amazon (or maybe bajaao's chatbot) I read that the fretboard is made of ABS, but I don't think it's ABS, anyways, guitar is good, worth it, if you are thinking of buying vault ea20, go for this one instead. Also,if anyone from henrix or bajaao, please let me know what mm Allen key to buy for this guitar, because the action is high. 4 star because I didn't get the Allen key with it, other wise it's a 5 star
Value for money
Fret markers are worn out.
String was not fitted properly, it was misplaced.
Most hated thing is that, action is very high.
G string key is very tight.
Sound is not that much good.
Overall in my opinion, this guitar is not recommended for beginners .
