Guitar with Disturbance

I received the guitar the day before yesterday. Looks was perfect. But there is a disturbance in the guitar.
When plugged in, a constant sound short circuit or pick up disturbs the playing. Also, patches and tones in my processor sounds completely different in this guitar. Perhaps an exchange or refund is better.
