For fast, smooth playability and wide ranging tone, it's hard to beat the Ibanez S5570Q solidbody electric guitar. As a member of the Prestige series the S5570Q gives you a highly-shreddable Super Wizard HP neck, with an extra-fluid feel provided by Ibanez's Prestige fret-end treatment. And with its lightweight contoured body and generous cutaway, the S5570Q is one of the most comfortable guitars you'll find at BAJAAO. Factor in the high-octane Hot Grinder humbuckers, the Short Tracer single-coil pickup, and the Lo-Pro Edge bridge, and you've got an incredible hard rock machine in your hands with the Ibanez S5570Q.
Ibanez S5570Q Prestige Series Solidbody Electric Guitar at a Glance:
Fast, smooth, and strong Super Wizard HP neck, with Prestige fret-edge treatment
The five-piece maple/walnut neck on the S5570Q has the Super Wizard HP neck profile, and it gives you effortless access to the entire fretboard. It's also stronger than single-piece necks, which means it will resist warping or twisting over the years. For even smoother playability, the S5570Q has received Ibanez's Prestige fret-end treatment. This essentially rounds off the edges of the frets, for an even more fluid playing experience.
Aggressive, articulate tone from specially designed pickups
You'll find two Hot Grinder humbucking pickups on the S5570Q, and they're designed to give you optimum rock tone. Their output is nice and hot so you'll have no trouble hitting your amplifier in its sweet spot, and they're also voiced to give you exceptional note definition. You'll hear a warmer character to the neck humbucker thanks to its alnico magnet - the ceramic magnet in the bridge pickup gives you some extra bite. The Short Tracer single-coil pickup in the middle position balances the set - it has the same general sonic character as the Hot Grinders, but with the extra jangle and spank you'd expect from a single coil.
Palm muting never felt so good with the Lo-Pro Edge bridge
Whether you palm mute with precision or simply have a wild strumming style, few things are worse than getting hung up on your bridge during a furious performance. Shredders at BAJAAO all agree the Ibanez Lo-Pro Edge bridge gets out of the way of your playing while still serving up maximum expression and tuning stability. You'll barely know it's there, thanks to its streamlined profile and recessed fine-tuners. And you'll have additional tuning stability thanks to the locking studs.
