I missed out on ordering the MarkBass Ninja bass amp by a hair, and it ended up going to another customer who got the last unit in stock. I was disappointed to hear that it was no longer available in the market and started looking for alternatives within the same price range, but unfortunately, none of them met my expectations, so I had to cancel my order and give up.
However, a week later, I received a phone call saying that a brand new unit was available for me. Of course, I said yes! Although it took two more weeks for the amp to arrive, I could feel the dedication that BAJAAO had for their customers. I am also grateful for their prompt and attentive phone service.
As for the product itself, the sound exceeded my expectations and I am extremely satisfied as well as the service of BAJAAO. Thanks a lot !
