Open Box products are a great way to buy fully functional gear at discounted prices! These items fall into one of two categories:
Customer Returns: Products returned within Bajaao's 15-day return window.
Box/Transit Damaged Units: Brand-new items that arrived at our warehouse with minor damage to the packaging or outer box—never sold before.
Every Open Box item is thoroughly inspected, tested, and certified by Bajaao to be in perfect working condition. You might find minor cosmetic imperfections like scratches, dents, or missing manuals/accessories, but the product will perform just as it should. Some items may also be refurbished and are marked as - Open Box B Stock - please check each product listing for specific condition details.
Warranty Coverage
Open Box products have been tested and are guaranteed to be functional. Warranty for Open Box Products are managed by BAJAAO as mentioned below.
Warranty- All open box products are covered under the same 2 year standard warranty as new products. Except for Refurbished (Open Box - B Stock) which carry a one year standard warranty.
Return Policy- Products purchased as Open Box are eligible for “5 day returns” only if received damaged or defective. If you believe you have received a defective or damaged product, simply contact our support team at 022-42035353 ext. 3, or email us at helpdesk@bajaao.com within 5 days of delivery.
Once the defect/damage is confirmed by our team, a free reverse pick-up will be arranged by us from your location, and you can claim a full refund, or an exchange credit for another product purchase.

(i got 7 pairs back, 1 pair i still didnt receive, im telling truth i swear on ketan barve mother father life also when i paid they didnt repair, if its truth and video they sent is fake too then may ketan barve parents die if they did scam me and if he is pretending to be victim)Honest review, im a real customer lost 2 lakh here. im not some normal customer whp bought some cheap guitar and then complain about it failing like others. i trusted them till i extend i bought 5+ lakh worth products and i also was going to buy more in future so you can just imagine how much i trusted them that i wasted my elders 5+ lakh here. now why i posted review, i sent my vault c8 x 8 pair for repair. it was there in warranty but they told they will repair out of warranty, i agreed and it took me to make my elders agree 6 months, so it was rs 10000 for shipping and rs 20000 for repair and rs 19000 x 8 pair.. my products developed faults, cockroaches, i tried to clean it to help bajaao but i spoiled it instead.. but note: i paid rs20000 to repair it but they took money and didnt repair mine. if i did get scammed may shekhars child really become fuckboy like lord krishna and may rohit or navnath wife really die. now post this in your lawsuit that you scammed me first even after my elders paid. im not doing this as madness. im doing this because you scammed me of my vault c8 x 8 when i paid. if i did get scammed and you hide my review, may your god or devil or whole religion cease to exist. may it really happen once you hide review or if i really did get scammed. i posted this so that bajaao scams no one else. before they scammed me, i was peaceful with them. no its not my fault. if i did get scammed and if you behave like victim may what i said really happen especially if you dont solve what you did wrong to me. also if you dont solve this, i said teri maa ki chut mein tera bhagwan kare mut. not as madness but because i got scammed here when i paid.
