The Vault EA-20CE 40” Cutaway Electro Acoustic Guitar is designed for versatile performance with practical features that suit both beginners and advanced players. Its cutaway design allows easy access to higher frets, while the natural basswood top, back, and sides produce warm, resonant tones. It comes with 20 frets, a techwood fretboard, and a 1016 mm scale for smooth playability.
A standout feature is the dual-action truss rod, which lets users adjust the neck in both directions to correct warping caused by climate shifts. This adds durability and reduces maintenance, making it more reliable than guitars with traditional single-action rods.
Die-cast machine heads ensure precise and stable tuning, ideal for long jam sessions or live use. The guitar also includes an EQ 7545R preamp with 4-band tone control (bass, mid, treble, presence), volume knob, and low battery LED, powered by a 9V battery. The piezo ceramic pickup delivers clear, amplified sound.
All Vault products come with 3 years standard warranty. Warranty is not applicable on cables and accessories.

Build quality is good. Material and finishing is decent. Also the accessories given is fine, but straps are not worth use. You should have given a good quality straps or just don't. Apart from that everything is good and decent condition. But yes, I have a feedback every guitar which is supposed to be used with amplifier should come with a connecting cable. Because I was expecting to have it inside the bag but got a little disappointed when I didn't find it. So, please provide a cable with these guitars. To sum up. Happy purchase from BAJAAO. THANKS
This guitar is really good. The missing 1 staris for packaging. I heard bajaoo's packaging is really good but with my guitar it was not so good.
