You might find minor cosmetic imperfections like scratches, dents, or missing manuals/accessories, but the product will perform just as it should. Warranty Coverage

Open Box products have been tested and are guaranteed to be functional. Warranty for Open Box Products are managed by BAJAAO as mentioned below.

Warranty- All open box products are covered under the same 2 year standard warranty as new products. Except for Refurbished (Open Box - B Stock) which carry a one year standard warranty.

Return Policy- Products purchased as Open Box are eligible for "5 day returns" only if received damaged or defective. If you believe you have received a defective or damaged product, simply contact our support team at 022-42035353 ext. 3, or email us at helpdesk@bajaao.com within 5 days of delivery.

Once the defect/damage is confirmed by our team, a free reverse pick-up will be arranged by us from your location, and you can claim a full refund, or an exchange credit for another product purchase.

Review after usage

I always wanted a telecaster but wasn't sure, so I went for this affordable one, and the single coil and humbucker pickup combination is working pretty well for me, you can go for thia guitar undoubtedly. Check out my video review of this guitar.

But shipping charge is too much...

Good product... the guitar is made for Indies, Clean, Jazz lover only... if you want to play Metal or any kind of rock music change the single coil hambucker and replace it with double coil pick ups... And one thing you'll need to change the saddle settings it's too high...and strings are rusted... Never mind I bought D'addario XL... Overall the guitar is good... Love the color

Needs proper setting up !

For 9k, it's worth the money and the headache to get it to a low string-height without fret buzz ! But, once you do, and you will, coz the wood still smells RAW, and it will keep requiring your keen eye/ear, for regular setting up. So far, I've kept the string height bit high, because I don't want to give the truss rod too much juice right away. I'll gradually see if it settles in nice when the wood matures. Few, scratches here and there, especially on the knob plate. But, that's ok. Sound : Freaking sweet man! Especially Aeolians and Phrygians. Like, it's very Led-Zeppelin-ish on the bridge humbucker ! The neck one is usual cheap strat like. You gotta OD the hell out of it with the neck pickup to get some good tones. So far, hasn't given me any noise. Amazingly, feels super silent for it's price. Just hope the quality holds up. Also, really wasn't expecting Bajaao to send the guitar properly set up. Sigh! Such a chore!

Worth it

9 days I ago this guitar reached me though the strings were a bit rusted but that doesn't have much effect on the instrument sound it has got nice jumbo frets and the Polish is also nice overall I think u won't get a better guitar in this price range

Lovely instrument. Great value for money.

I was very happy to receive my guiatr a day earlier than expected. It sounds great and the action and setup are perfect out of the box. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is that it looks different from the images on the app. In the pictures, the guitar has a pronounced woodgrain effect which I really liked, but in reality it is so subtle that it is hardly visible. But aside from that slight disappointment, I have no regrets at all. It's a great option for beginners but it can definitely hold its own on stage, so its also ideal for pros on a budget.

Value more than the price

It's worth more than the price. The fret finish and the surface finish of the neck near the body were not smooth, and the nut was high, but all can be adjusted by yourself. I liked the playability and tone after adjustment. As expected, the poplar body and front pickup narrow the tone and go well with jazz. Worth more than the price.

Great Guitar for the price

It is an awesome guitar at this price point. The pickups have nice clarity, and the fretboard is extremely maneuverable. Also, you can mod this guitar to make it better than it it, to suit your needs.
