Amazing product, neat packaging and lighting fast delivery during the peak of pandemic time in May 2021. Highly impressed by the experience, this was the first time I used Bajaao as no dealer on Amazon was delivering a keyboard and I'm def. a customer for life now! :)

Very Good Product but Packing was not so good

Extra charge was paid, but tha packing was not so good as expected. It was damaged by water and the inside packing was also wet but the keyboard was saved by the plastic wraping.
Not only that, the carry bag was also not included as mention in the store

Good Piano

Piano is so good but the delivery service is so poor! They use third party for delivery and you feel like to whom to contact in case of delay. They don't reply quickly and even if they reply they say same thing again and again and will not tell you the delivery date. For delivery service even 0 star is more. My expected delivery date was 26 aug then said there is delay and delivery date changed to 28 aug and they delivered product on 1st september. kya ghatiya kam kiya h
