Hi! This is with little disappointment I write. The Fe der FA-345CE which was delivered day before on the 5th, along with Fender 30 Ft cable, has a huge curve at the lower frets. I have a fender CD 60 too and a Yamaha both of which do not have the problem as mentioned above. I would understand and trust you would help me with return and the same may be exchanged with a better guitar. The strings too were rusted and I had to change in order to understand if the bland sound produced was due to the strings.
I shall reiterate that I’m hopeful you will solve this problem. Also understand am not claiming for a refund.

I got this guitar in 10 days after ordering the same.
The guitar was well packed and got it in excellent condition.
The only down side was the poor service from the courier company.
My guitar was lying in their warehouse for 3 days and I had to follow up with them for the delivery.
As far as the guitar performance is concerned the guitar action was on higher side so I had to adjust it myself
Overall it's a great guitar and buying experience

Indeed a wonderful guitar!....There was no problem regarding the shipment by bajaao . The fishman pickup is awesome, you will not even that you have connected a acoustic guitar to your amp.The colour combination is very attractive and catchy.The weight is quite normal. The sound is quite professional. But tuning is not so stable...the point where a star drops..
