Me and my partner do small performances at a lot of colleges, cafes and bars where we prefer carrying our own system and even though we can't afford the high end wireless systems , we were keen on getting a wireless mic + guitar setup and this combo pack turned out to be perfect! Having previously owned a Shure wired mic - I was looking for something to replace it anyway when it finally gave up - so upon recommendation from the bajaao expert I ordered the AKG WMS 40 Mini Dual Set. Since using these over the past two weeks I have yet to find a room that challenges their range and as both are set to different frequencies this immediately eliminates running up against an in-house system when traveling from venue to venue as I do.
