Using this over one year. Sounds superior and perfect to my desktop. some may feel the hizzing noise but its normal when u connect it with unbalanced cables. Better connect with some balanced one. The Bass is tight and there is an option for bass boost you can turn it off while mixing when u needed. I like the wide sweet spots. I recommend this for commercial and home studio monitors. There is a new version of the same monitors are available now. Gamers will love this too.
i ve got this one and found it amazing for doing mixing and mastering stuff !! gives good response when doing Mid Side Eq.. however it produces great 3d surround sound when watching movies.. exceptional sound quality and effects !! Its best for gamers and watching movies with 5.1/7.1 sound.. it feels you are in a movie hall.. Damn good effects it gives so i love it :)
I have been asked to review the product "bought" by me.After several days of booking a person called me to tell me that the product is not available (which they could not inform during the booking). The Bajaao team should be more careful about maintaining a proper stock and they should not make people laugh on them when they ask somebody to review a product they could not sell. However, their Samson USB mic is working fine
I bought these two months back. Okay for the price, can be compared with m audio bx5. Not a vow one, but just good enough to do the programming. Surely these are not flat response , the low mid and lows below 200 Hz do not respond as you find in other monitors. Overall good purchase for the price
I wanted a pair of monitors in a budget and searched for many. All of them were either too expensive or poor sound quality. At last I bought a pair of Alesis Elevate 5 as an experiment. All I can say about this speakers is, just superb..! For the money I've paid, it serves pretty well and beyond if you ask me. Some people may complain about the bass, and I would say this is not a fancy home theater if you expected a rumbling low freq output. It is flat, and precise for most of use. I'd rather use my headphones for a closer monitoring though.
i was waiting to get it for few weeks after ordering it. lol... after several conversation i was worried because these guys told me the only one piece available wAs damaged...! but thankyou bajavoo for successfully giving my ,oney back
Ok...this Alesis Elevate 5 speaker set is good considering its price. But it certainly doesn't have that "WOW/Oh-God Amaaaaazing" factor. It sounds good till 75% of its volume. But if you got audiophile ears you won't like its sound beyond that volume level. The sound isn't thumpy like you might have read reviews elsewhere. The bass isn't powerful enough to excite you (small speakers---afterall) The bass boost switch on the rear only muddies the bass (phew) You could consider another use for it; Use it as your rear surround sound speakers for both 5.1 and 7.1 setup where it sounds really really good. You won't have any regrets then if you buy it particularly for that use. Overall for good pleasant stereo listening; you need to have a clean source/preamp feeding the right amount of signal and the listening will be cool/calm/soothing till the volume level of 65%-70%. If you go past that the treble will sound harsh (for audiophile ears). You can crank 85%-90% volume level if you intend to use it solely as rear surround speakers (5.1, 7.1) (strictly for watching movies) and appreciatively enjoy movie effects (Really Really good). Try it and know.
Alesis elevate 5 is the best ever known to me with this price.... Sound quality also perfect.... Many other studio grade monitor is very high cost but not different in sound quality with this Alesis elevate 5 studio monitor... I am so proud that i have this monitor.....
