Broken product received

I ordered Qx25 on 24 dec and received it on 30th, the product was broken I reported it many times they told me they will arrange a pickup, it's been 6 days i dod not receive any notification from Bajaao regarding the pickup.. Poor product and worst service I must say...

Good keys and absolutely superb product at this price range. Feels premium..Only weak link upper body tends to bend a little when using the pads.
