Looks, feels, and sounds great. There was just one small flaw in the guitar I got - the 9th fret was not properly set in the fretboard (slightly raised towards the high E string), which is why I get a lot of buzzing every time I hit the 8th fret on the high E string. In the second image, I've slid in a piece of paper to show the raised fret. Hopefully I can find someone to fix it soon.
I just bought this alvarez rd26 and I'm awestruck with such an electrifying sound quality. Just overwhelmed to have this beauty with me. Simple, well built, yet produces a magnificent sound. Good reasonance, sustainence and easy on moving hands about the fretboard. All thanks to bajaao for keeping it up with the protection during shipping. I surely recommend this guitar to others who want good sound over brand name.
Its a amazing guitar and the accessories included are like a cherry on top. The packaging was standard 2 box packing and the guitar arrived has no sign of damage. The sound is well balanced and the sustain is brilliant. I am not a guitar expert but the sound quality is much better than my previous guitar. The strings were in excellent condition. Bajaao team has performed the guitar setup before dispatching it, a very good thing indeed. I was confused between this and fender cd60 v3 but finally bought this, in the end its up to you to purchase the guitar that calls to you. And yes the spruce top is laminated, i confirmed it by directly contacting alvarez and their is no difference between the two models; without accessories and this.
