Received Defect Product

I made an order of Behringer ULTRATONE K450FX Keyboard Amp with order ID 306886 on 05 Feb 2021 and it was delivered on 22 Feb. While unboxing and checking it, I got permanent humming sound coming from the Amplifier. While complaining about it. I was advised to check it with inputs like mic etc and I checked it again. Same humming sound was coming and I was further advised to change the two pin original attached power input cable with three pins one. I did it but humming sound was permanently coming. On further request, item was collected by some staff. Very disappointed with such incidents.
