Behringer pedals are very good, and as good as any out there, twice/thrice the cost. What's Bajaao got to do with that ? They are buying from the distributor, pocketing a margin and selling it to us. And service from Bajaao, leaves a lot to be desired. For one, every person you talk to, has an attitude, and does not respond properly. The points system adopted by them is a miserable failure. To claim a hundred points from your earlier purchases, you have to make a fresh purchase of 2000 bucks or more. That's not even a 5% discount. The amount of profit these guys pocket on each sale, is better not discussed, and what they offer in discount is hardly 5% ! Time and again I have said that the Indian customer is treated like a beggar.....why would these guys be different ? I've been buying from them since their inception and know the owner, but this is the sorry state of affairs.
