Blackstar Debut 15E 2x3 Inch 15 Watt Guitar Amplifier

Bought this amplifier but delivered a defect one, couldn't power on the amp. So requested for a refund, but even that takes almost 20 days to refund, so I have to wait these 20 days to order again. Complete waste of time. I ordered from Amazon and they delivered a completely fine amp, so i enjoyed the amp from amazon. This service is not what i expected from bazaao.

Especially the cleans from this amp are pretty nice

Bajaao has to improve a lot on taking responsibility. We all knew and accepted the delay due to problem with their delivering partner. But they should not play a blame game and stick to what they say. They keep on changing their stand. Worst worst experience. One day a customer care would say something, the other day another customer care would say something else. I had to wait for two long months for the refund. Some of the customer care would dare to get angry despite their failed promises. Asking for refund was like asking them to help you with their own money.. No doubt their product is good but they neglect other areas like satisfying customer when things don't go as usual. Bajaao, please live up to your reputation.

I purchased the Blackstar Debut 15e from Bajaao and I would say this is the best amp for beginners. I did a lot of online research before the purchase, compared Marshall, Fender, Blackstar, Katana Mini and a few other brands and finally settled with Blackstar. This amp produces clean tones and the Overdrive tones with ease and they also come with Delay function. Strongly recommend this for anyone who is starting to learn electric guitar
