Got my new Cort AC250Cf today. Exceptionally a best guitar..... This is my first classical guitar.... The sound quality is to it's best... The fishman pickup adds extra beauty to the sound quality and It makes my heart throb... But bajaao even after paying Rs 500 extra for extra protection on the sale value shown here..I was laid back n very much disappointed seeing about 25 cm long crack on the body of my guitar.... How can my problem be resolved..??

Received my new Cort AC250CF Guitar on 15 Jan 2021 at around 1302 hrs from Ecom express. It's Exceptionally a best guitar..... This is my first classical guitar.... The sound quality is to it's best... The fishman pickup adds extra beauty to the sound quality and It makes my heart throb... But bajaao even after paying Rs 500 extra for extra protection on the sale value shown here..I was laid back n very much disappointed seeing that there was about 25 cm long crack on the body of my guitar.... How can my problem be resolved..??
