My order 536082, is a defective guitar piece with a big crack/open join on the top and side join. The replacement has been raised and replacement pickup is done by Bluedart with AWB no.- 53589272240. I am waiting for a mail from your team with photos of the replacement piece they would be sending back to me as a replacement, the process is very slow and i have been waiting for my replacement until now. I want you guys to ensure the quality check is thorough and you only send and confirm the product if you have the brand new piece available, please don’t send defective pieces to customers.

Had to wait two more days after the scheduled delivery date. However, Bajaao's packaging was very good and the guitar reached quite safely.Having small hands I preferred this small guitar. Yes, it fits snugly with my body structure. However, I had to file the saddle because the string height was too much. Now some major issues: i) the neck breadth is not uniform. It is fatter in the middle than the two ends. ii) The color of the fretboard seems lighter than rosewood.I don't know if all other cort mini ad m ops have the same. iii) Regarding the sound it produces rich sonorous sound upto 5th fret. But the sound above it seems more like an ukulele.The quality of the wood is superb. Despite some of the issues I have fallen in love with it.
