Need better support Experience

I received my guitar on August 21st, but, one of the tuning pegs was damaged when it arrived. I reached out to customer support right away, and after three days of follow-ups over the phone and emails, I was informed that my guitar is eligible for a return and replacement. The email mentioned that the reverse pickup would take 5 to 7 working days.

Since then, it’s been over 24 hours without any further updates, which has left me a bit uncertain about the timeline moving forward... I placed my order on August 14th, and while I appreciate that replacements take time, I was hoping for a smoother experience overall...

I kindly request the team to please keep me updated more regularly via email and help speed up the process .... Thank you ..

Awesome product

I received my CR100 little late but it reached in a very good condition and packaging was good and safe. Guitar looks far far better than expected. Cort CR100 sounds awesome. Tone is little heavy so I liked it. I got this for around 15k. On showroom you have to pay around 18k. So thanks to Bajao.

broken switch

I received the product quite late but earlier than the date of expectancy..so that's ok. sound is great . love the size, shape and it would have been perfect but the switch on the guitar was broken. I would like it if the switch can be fixed but I don't want to wait another month. Please let me know if you can send another switch so I can fix it myself. Attached is a picture of the guitar and the switch I am talking about.

Simply beautiful looks and tone

Its a really awesome guitar guys...like it was better than i thought it will be...it doesn't look like it in the picture but it has a flamed maple top...its pickups are warm and it has the zeppelin tone to it...its just a beautiful instrument to play...everythings sturdy, beautiful and well made...the fretboard is extremely smooth...requires a little but of setup but which guitar doesn't...its fretboard is a little dry but im going to oil it so it should be good...the only problem was the headstock had a little defect, a part of the logo is scraped off...other than that its simply awesome...a lot of value for money too...yous should definitely go with this...!!
