Customer Returns: Products returned within Bajaao's 15-day return window.
Box/Transit Damaged Units: Brand-new items that arrived at our warehouse with minor damage to the packaging or outer box—never sold before.
Every Open Box item is thoroughly inspected, tested, and certified by Bajaao to be in perfect working condition. You might find minor cosmetic imperfections like scratches, dents, or missing manuals/accessories, but the product will perform just as it should. Some items may also be refurbished and are marked as - Open Box B Stock - please check each product listing for specific condition details.
Warranty Coverage
Open Box products have been tested and are guaranteed to be functional. Warranty for Open Box Products are managed by BAJAAO as mentioned below.
Warranty- All open box products are covered under the same 2 year standard warranty as new products. Except for Refurbished (Open Box - B Stock) which carry a one year standard warranty.
Return Policy- Products purchased as Open Box are eligible for “5 day returns” only if received damaged or defective. If you believe you have received a defective or damaged product, simply contact our support team at 022-42035353 ext. 3, or email us at helpdesk@bajaao.com within 5 days of delivery.
Once the defect/damage is confirmed by our team, a free reverse pick-up will be arranged by us from your location, and you can claim a full refund, or an exchange credit for another product purchase.
