I wanted a fat pick as it's easier to play lead guitar with it and gives a sharper sound. These picks work well for me. The only slight negative is that they are quite large - bigger than conventional ones. Still, they are very firm and give the desired "strong" lead guitar sound.

I have the 2 mm version which seemed thick for soloing. 1.5 mm is a good balance for both strumming and soloing! Great price.

I ordered the 3.00 mm pack. Very good build quality, I am using it to play 12/13 gauge strings on the acoustic. The pick attack is amazingly smooth and notes ring out clearly.
