Ideal set for electric guitar

This set is the ideal set for electric guitar. Allow me to explain why:
1) light gauge, low tension, fast & easy to play, bend, create subtle pitch variations
2) balanced and slightly progressive in tension:
8.5 - 11.7 (I would actually prefer this to be 8 gauge with 10.4 lb tension)
11 - 11
15 - 12.9
22w - 13.2
30w - 13.9
40w - 13.2
