Ernie Ball 4146 Wide 3" Neoprene Polylock Comfort Guitar Strap
The locking system is great without having to install actual strap locks, and it's a little stretchable. It's not as cushion-y as I imagined it to be, but is still pretty comfortable because it's 3 inches wide.
Go for it !
Looks pretty good and durable though the length is not too short, not for someone who likes to hold guitar/bass somewhere below chest. I'm 5.9" and it comes little bit below stomach even after reducing the length of strap to minimum. Polylock is pretty good and holds the instrument pretty well. Polylock is made of nice heavy duty plastic and looks promising.
