It's mine first guitar and I ordered a guitar that was supposed to come with some accessories but I haven't received the allen key, strings packet, ebook and the guitar action is too high
Good guitar if you have a low budget.
Defective product delivered and and action is also high also bajaao taking 500rs charge for return the defective product. This is not right.
I have received and defective guitar as the tuning key is not working properly due to the nut of the key is damaged , At first when I wanted to tune the guitar I was unable to do it then i immediately contacted with the executive and told the same issue they told me to make an video and send it to them I did the same , even after doing that they told to me that they will arrange a video call and will rectify the issue within 24 hours , Really Disappointed with these kind of service. Poor experience with Bajaao

As one of the nut of the tuning key is completely damaged , This was my worst experience since it was my first time on Bajao.com , The Customer care is also not responding quickly as I had to wait for 10-15 minutes to talk to them, Do not purchase from here , I am ready to pay a little more on other websites but never gonna purchase from this site anymore
Found defects inside the body. Not satisfied
I ordered the guitar few weeks back(Model: Standard, Color: Black) the experience is very good. Although the courier partner FedEX kept the package for more than a week and finally I had to visit their facility office(17km from my place) and receive it by myself and carried on my bike.
But apart from that everything else brought smile on my face. I ordered the Standard Model but It indeed looked like a premium guitar. As soon as I unpacked it, the new color and wood smell gave me a very good feel about it. Felt like it was just made for me few days ago as I placed the order. It came along with all the mentioned accessories in the site.
It's now tuned and playing happily for more two weeks now. A very happy customer. A big thumbs up for the Bajaao team.
I ordered Henrix 38C inch guitar for myself. Parcel received in proper condition. There was a bit delay in receiving the parcel . Received all the equipments mentioned. It's a good instrument to buy for any beginner.
I bought Henrix 38C guitar. Worst product. Unable to play due to High action. The height of strings at 12th fret is 5mm. I checked the reason to find, it has long bow. Since this model has dual action truss rod, after trying to adjust by truss rod only one rotation was possible to reach limit. So I am stuck with sub standard product.. The bridge is not pasted fully and started to lift within one month. What can I expect from cheap product.

Good product...I ordered product at my work location in M.P but due to lockdown and some emergency i came home to Nshik so while coming on my way i cancelled delivery and requested Bajao.com to deliver product at my home and they delivered within specified time.THANKS to all the team for Timely Service.
