The stand is solid and easy to put up but was too high for me (min. height of first tier is 24.4 inch) so have put in a return request.

Very easy to use and awesomely portable keyboard stand. Folding is very smooth, light in weight, easy to carry and sturdy in its stand, just gets the job done very well!
I had bought this to place two keyboards. Pros:- It is very sturdy and strong- Nice finish- Good priceCons- The height adjustment mechanism is a pain. You cannot raise or lower without folding it- There was no manual or doc to explain the operations. Its more of trial and error- The upper stand is flimsy- There is no way you can remove the top tier. Even if you plan to not use the upper tier, you just have to live with an empty oneAltogether, it is apt if you are going to have two tiers all the time and if you want the stand in one fixed position forever.
