Poor experience

I received a broken harmonica. I asked the company to replace it. They emailed me saying that the relevant team will schedule a pick up with me via email. The "relevant team" didn't contact me until I reminded the company that I hadn't yet received any emails about the pick up. Eventually they picked up the product. It has been weeks and I still have not received my replacement.

Good Product, Bad Packaging

Bajaao has a impressive online inventory of products which look appealing and tempting. After having scoured the internet for quality harmonicas, I once again took a chance with Bajaao to fulfill my musical requirements. Under the influence of the bitter experience I had with Bajaao last time, when I had ordered the Behringer Audio podcast package and was left with no choice but to cancel the order, I was skeptical to take one more chance. But to my surprise, I actually got the package delivered this time, as promised. So I was a bit relieved. But when I opened the package, my doubts about Bajaao got cemented. They had hastily delivered the harmonica in a worn out and used pouch. It genuinely felt like a second hand product. However, since the harmonica itself was OK, I refrained from returning the product just because the packaging was unprofessional. Nevertheless, Once more, Bajaao has shown incompetency. Unless Bajaao becomes seriously customer centric, I would advise to be careful and get involved only if there is no other choice.
