Awesome product

Attractive color and sounds great. One minor issue is that one of the knob is little bit tight.

Good product but average delivery service

The product is good and genuine. Sounds good too. However, the delivery partner takes much longer time than other delivery services, especially in North East india, the DELHIVERY Pvt limited serves well. And the package although arrived in the destination office, I did not received any calls and was marked delivery attempted. I had to go to the FedEx office and enquire about my item. Then only they gave it to me. So, please check delivery partner for next time.

Surprisingly good

I did not expect much from a polymer body ukelele, but this was surprisingly good! The color is also consistent throughout with no chipping or scratches. A really cute ukelele

Loved the product

It was a perfect gift to myself. This Ukulele from Kala is as beautiful as it looks. It sounds great too. I had to tune it a lot for first 2-3 days, possibly after every song. Bajaao (through Fedex) delivered it to me a day prior to the schedule, which was a cherry on top. The packaging was good and the product was safe during the transit.

Great buy

Personally not a fan of bright colours, but aesthetics aside it serves its purpose as a reliable, serviceable instrument. Has a tendency to spontaneously lose tuning, not a critical issue however. Good size and shape, sounds nice.

High action

Ordered a Concert Shark and Vault Mahagony Concert. Returned the Shark today. It sounds ok. Finish is good. Action is quite high, it hurt fingers. I recommend buying a Vault mahagony. It sounds awesome, looks good and has a low action. Free of cost return is a plus for vault.

Got it a few days ago, I'm absolutely obsessed with it. The quality and colour is really good. I'm very satisfied with the product.
