I fell in love with this ukelele at first sight, it was such a beauty and the colour is just so beautiful, I love how it sounds too. I received the product on time and the packaging was also great.
Received the product before time. The packaging was good and so the product s. The ukulele was in good condition and the sound is really great. The only problem the tuning falls very quickly. The tuner doesn't have battery in it. The bag is great. The packaging could be more secure, but it's okay. Overall, loved it.
Recieved it fast in good condition. Very good set for new learners. Lovely sound and contains all items in the picture in brand new condition.
While placing the order it was shown and confirmed Makala Gig Bag. But we recieved Bajaao gig bag. it's goign to a month, but we haven't heard from the team about the exchange. Every time an executive call up with the same response that we will check and get back but no concrete action has been taken. Super upset with the after sale response
The return policy sucks. The fret board on the Uke has dents. I called and sent two emails. I am yet to receive a response. Also the quality of the Uke is very ordinary. Not worth the price. The company doesn't take any accountability. I should have bought it from Amazon, at least they have a flexible return policy and refund is quick. I have been fooled once, but that's it. Bajao won't get a single penny from me in future. This review is strictly basis my experience.
Arrived safely. Sounds perfect and surprisingly resonant and loud. Pretty worth it for the money.
Though it might feel the product is less for the price, it looks good than any other Ukuleles out there. Delivery was quick and the packaging was neat.
If you haven't tried any instruments before, this is the best one to start with. It is simple, convenient and super cool
