Box Damage/ Minor cosmetic flaws
Open Box Gear are either a) products returned by customers within their 15-day return period or b) products that Bajaao never put up for sale, because they came with minor box/transit damage when being shipped from our suppliers to the Bajaao warehouse. All open box gear is inspected and certified by Bajaao to be in full working order.
Products may have scratches, dents, missing or damaged original box, or missing manuals, cables or accessories. Some products listed as B-Stock may also be refurbished. Please review each product's specific condition listed. Open Box deals are great for those willing to overlook cosmetic flaws, for a fully functional product at a discounted price.
Return Policy- Products purchased as Open Box are eligible for “5 day returns” only if received damaged or defective. If you believe you have received a defective or damaged product, simply contact our support team at 022-42035353 ext. 3, or email us at helpdesk@bajaao.com within 5 days of delivery.
Once the defect/damage is confirmed by our team, a free reverse pick-up will be arranged by us from your location, and you can claim a full refund, or an exchange credit for another product purchase.
Warranty- All open box products are covered under the same 2 year standard warranty as new products. Accessories and Software are excluded from warranty coverage.
