Have used these strings for a few gigs now. They have a mellow tone thats nice enough. However they only lasted for a couple of gigs before showing signs of wear so Im not too sure about the long lasting bit. I purchased them on discount so it wasnt much of a concern but Id recommended the Elixirs personally.

The coating on the strings look beautiful, it gives it a golden hue. The sound is pretty good. The long lasting part is something that time will tell as it has been hardly 2.5 weeks since i bought them! But overall good sounding trademark martin strings! 👍
