Both of the finishes of the PDX-2 contribute to this guitars sleek, true metal exterior The PDX-2 features a 25.5Ó scale, 3-piece graphite reinforced Maple neck to provide outstanding stability while the through-body design gives you boundless sustainability.
The neck also features a thin profile, speed neck that's topped off with a 24 jumbo fret, compound radius (12" to 16") Rosewood fingerboard, designed to accommodate the needs of high velocity shredders To further cater to its appearance, the PDX-2 features classic Jackson Pearloid Sharkfin position inlays, black bound headstock, and white bound neck.
The PDX-2 features dual high-output EMG HZ humbuckers in the bridge and neck positions to deliver massive tones that are sizzling hot The 3-position blade enables you to switch between the bridge and neck pickups instantaneously, or combine them for a more powerful tone.
The PDX-2 also houses a simplistic volume control knob for each individual pickup The PDX-2 boasts all black hardware including Jackson Pointed 6-In-Line tuning machines, a Floyd Rose Special Double Locking 2-Point Tremolo and a Floyd Rose R3 Locking string nut to give you impeccable tuning stability, even after the deepest of dive bombs.
