Toca Percussion TBSA Bongo Stand Attachment

When we are purchasing international brand like Toca, Tama, Gibraltar, LP and we pay quite extra amount for a lifetime hardware we expect that will full fill our expectation but this is the first time after getting the delivery of this product next day when I am attaching this attachment that broken from the joint point. Now this attachment is fully useless for me now. Bajaao refuse to take return only because I just not kept its original packaging. When we purchase international brand we buy it for its durability. I keep faith upon the goodwill so not kept the packaging that was a big loss for me.
