The backside of the product is fully swollen. I knew Bajao is a trusted website but I did not know that such products are sold on Bajao websites. TOTALLY UNSATISFIED.

Sound quality is very poor. Only for beginners who want to know what a ukulele is like. Within a week I have ordered an Enya Nova Pro tenor.

Same for build quality.
Playability is also good.
I love the vault UK-C100 concert uke - which is perfect in size, easy to handle, came in an excellent package without any damage and the quality of product is definitely more than worth for the cost of the product. Will Definitely recommend buying this.
