I recently purchased an electronic drum set along with an amplifier and connector cable from this company, expecting a smooth experience given that they deal in premium music brands. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.
At the time of purchase, the sales representative clearly confirmed that all items were available in stock. I was given two delivery options:
Free delivery in 4–5 days, or
Immediate delivery via Porter at an additional cost.
Since the purchase was for my son during his school vacations, I opted for immediate delivery and arranged a Porter at my own expense. The payment was completed, and the Porter reached their warehouse.
However,I was informed that the amplifier was not available and only the drum set was handed over. This information was shared after payment and after the Porter had already left with the drum set — which is completely unacceptable.
When I raised this concern, I was told that:
The amplifier could not be sent directly to my home
I would need to pay for Porter again
The amplifier was allegedly unavailable in Maharashtra and was located in Guwahati, with no possibility of delivery before the 4th
To make matters worse, the sales representative then tried to push an inferior/cheaper amplifier while charging the same price, despite earlier insisting that the originally selected model was superior. This created complete distrust and felt like a clear case of misrepresentation.
I paid extra specifically to avoid delays, and instead, I was inconvenienced, misled, and put through unnecessary stress. For a company representing premium music brands, this level of service and transparency is extremely disappointing.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves internal coordination, stock transparency, and customer handling.
