Very cunning of you all to send empty power battery so to say used battery plis don't do such thing near future. Tuner is fine but battery was charge less . Disappointed by ur service
I received a Boss Chromatic Guitar Tuner from you yesterday that had an absolutely very DEAD battery in it with its No Discharge plastic tag on it.
Upon calling up Customer Service , they tell me that they have no record of my purchase !
In the last one month I bought a Cort Electric Bass Guitar , 2 soft carrying cases and the tuner.
In the past , as a repeat customer I have bought a Vault Electric Bass Guitar, a Behringer mixer , a Vault Studio monitor system amongst many other items and your CS has no record of my orders ??
The battery I will buy . But your irresponsible treatment of a repeat customer is unfathomable and distressing !
