Like the title suggests, buy the Behringer UM2 only and only if you are on a very tight budget. Instead of buying the small USB Interfaces - this is much better as it gives you the Xenyx Pre-amp, almost 48V of phantom power (if you are using condenser microphones), control over input and output gain, and direct monitoring. This makes it serious value for money, but to achieve this price point - Behringer did cut some corners that you should be aware of.

Pros
- Low price (serious value for money)
- Feature packed - Xenyx pre-amp, phantom power, gain control for I/O, direct monitoring
- Audio output is GREAT (both from the RCA output and quarter inch headphone jack.
- 3 years of warranty! (Wowow!!)

Cons
- Fully plastic build - Cheap price, cheap build - to a point that it's scary that it'll break anytime. No shielding from any electronic/RF interference as well so if you use USB mice, chargers etc near it - expect to hear some artifacts. Also, the phantom power switch is at the back of the interface which may or may not be convenient for you.
- Drivers - The Behringer Website tells you to download the ASIO4All drivers for this interface, which is noisy and not the best option (personally), you'll have to do some digging up to find the old drivers they used to make for this lineup. (https://bit.ly/64_Bit_Driver_Behringer) This works but it was a pain to set up as I had to do quite some research lol, but this driver works better. Then again if you have multiple interfaces from this lineup (say you have the UMC202HD as well) then you are better off with the ASIO4All driver.
- Windows - Both inputs are mono in this audio interface and Windows just doesn't get that - it forces you to use 2-channel, 16 bit integer and allows you to toggle only between 44.1kHz or 48kHz, which means you'll have to make sure that whenever you are recording on your DAW or OBS, you set the input to Mono!! In case you want to monitor through your PC (don't... there's also a direct monitoring option) you'll have to use Equalizer APO and copy the channel you are receiving input in to the other side as well. Or record in mono and playback.. A lot of hassle honestly.
- Dynamic range - The one stated on the spec sheet is 100 dB, this is a lie. I measured it and it's around 85 dB for my unit, this is 15 dB lower so I checked the ADC chip that this device uses and it is the Coolaudio V2902 - the dynamic range for which is stated to be 89 dB - thus confirming my doubts. It also records only in 16-bit, which is again theoretically limiting for the dynamic range. This isn't terrible - but you have to be really careful with gain-staging and make sure you have a quiet room to start out with so that it's not too noisy. But the Xenyx mic preamp has a low EIN so you can still use dynamic microphones - but I'd suggest using condenser microphones.

- XLR Cable and Microfiber cloth are great. The book mentioned is only an e-book and they don't send you a printed copy (which is fine honestly)

Verdict
Bajaao is great, will definitely order everything from here in the future. The audio-interface isn't a let-down since I didn't have the budget to start off with but now that I have a little more money I do kind of regret not buying some other audio interfaces instead. I would recommend (from cheaper to expensive - same number of inputs) - Behringer UMC22 (metal build and MIDAS pre-amp), Vault Ai22 2x2 USB Audio Interface (24-bit, 96kHz, build and aesthetics), Presonus AudioBox USB96 (24-bit, 96kHz, build quality, aesthetics, MIDI I/O, software bundle but not recommended if you use dynamic microphones), Focusrite Scarlett SOLO 3rd Gen (24-bit, 192kHz, build quality, halo lights, software/loops/plugins bundle, fantastic dynamic range). I secretly want to upgrade to the Focusrite Audio Interface but I think the Behringer UM2 is bang for the buck. It is worth every penny you'll shell out for it and the improvements in my other recommended audio interfaces isn't that great to justify the price honestly. The XLR cable by Bajaao is working great! It's perfectly usable and you should definitely buy this if you are on a money crunch.
