Washburn C5 Classical Series Acoustic Guitar-Natural

1- The Guitar:
I brought it since my previous order of Yamaha c40m was delayed and I must say ;
It is Beautiful . Lovely color, Beautiful tone and build . Its actually a work of art .
It came out of the box with a snapped string however Im glad they sent me a replacement set . 5 stars.
2 - Service:
Most agents are nice to talk to .Darshan whom I spoke to a few times was real helpful. Ignore the pathetic annoying male IVR when you place a call to Bajaao.
3- Delivery
The entire process however took exactly a month and I think that is just not right . Its merely in my opinion sloppy, uninspired and casual delivery process leading to delays considering the orders are prepaid .
You guys should not hide behind the shroud and excuse of lockdown anymore. My house is just a few kms from your place so such delays of almost a month are just avoidable and inexcusable. Speed up your delivery service and your email response times.

I am writing this review after using the guitar for 1month, the sound quality of the guitar is just awesome. It produces such a sweet mellow sound which can touch every heart and is easy to play due to its good quality nylon strings. Built quality is also excellent and the guitar looks much more expensive than it really is. Also I want to thank Bajaao for the great customer support. Specially I would like to thank customer executive Meghna who helped me out and made shopping easy on Bajaao.

this guitar is going for a great price..believe me!! its totally worth it for the money. spanish classical style perfect for flamenco, classical and folk styles.Washburn makes an affordable guitar with great quality that was perfect for me. bajaao's customer service is outstanding and it was great that the sales engineerwas very patient and understanding of the fact that I had a lot of queries and concerns. All I can say about bajaao is kudos to an unbelievable company!!
