The instrument came with broken box. The instrument also looked rustic and used.
After raising the complaint, there was no proper response from the team. There was no replacement made or return done.
Not upto my expectations. Takes much much more effort to play and has low voice. Not smooth to play. Not enjoyed playing it . Was expecting it to be smoother and easier to play.
Even the box in which it came is very bad, as soon as i opened the box, it broke down.
Not happy even after spending around 3.5k in this product.
Not recommended at all.

Pluto JH1248 Half Scale 48H Harmonica
Today on 29.5.2021,I received my PLUTOJH1248HALF SCALE48H HARMONICAcosting Rs.3339/-from BAJAAO.com but all my excitement went away when i opened it...First of all the case or box broken away as soon i was opening it to take out the harmonica and when i fried to ay it diwas disappointed as it is very hard to play..NOT SMOOTH AT ALL and sound is also not very good and is low...Not very loud! I am very unhappy and sad for it's very bad quality...Feeling sorry to buy it,NOT WORTH!!

U have send me "Golden Cup" Chinese Chromatic Harmonica instead of "Pluto" 1248 vide my order number 299646 dated 30.12.20. Kindly initiate corrective measures..
The Sound quality is very good but more affort required for reasonable sound with compared to others , even cheaper harmonica are louder than this. I bought this harmonica on May,2019 for 2000 rupees. And Safety packing was upto the mark.
