The kit arrived 5-6 days late than estimated time, the kick drum had 2 loose screws due to which the membrane cant tighten up, had to call them 4-5 times, once they said that it will be covered under warrenty, next time its a no, that its not available and even if its available i will have to purchase it from them, absolutely crazy, and even they admit nothing is covered under warrenty for acoustic kit, everything will be labeled physical damage. Had alot trust on bajaao, bought alot of instruments from here, even suggested it to other people, but this just makes me not want to order anything from here now. They should just write clearly that no warrenty is given for acoustic kit rather than doing this later.
