What this policy covers
If something goes wrong right after delivery, you’re not stuck. For eligible purchases:

Exchange only, not refund.

Applies when there is transit damage, manufacturing defect, or product malfunction.

Report it within 15 days of delivery and you’re eligible for a brand‑new replacement at no extra cost.
- Products received with physical damage must be reported to Bajaao within 2 days of the delivery date along with supporting pictures or videos.
- Products received with missing accessories should be reported within 2 days of the delivery date. Claims made post this period will not be honoured.
This keeps the focus on getting you a properly working instrument or gear fast, without having to navigate refunds on an item that’s faulty or damaged in transit.
How it works, in a nutshell

If there’s damage in transit within 2 days, You have 15 days to point out a defect, or a malfunction in the working of the product.

We arrange an exchange — brand‑new unit — with zero additional charge to you.
Warranty coverage
Even after the exchange window, your purchase is still backed:

Manufacturer’s standard warranty for one year from the date of purchase — handled through BAJAAO as per the manufacturer’s terms.

Extra 1 year BAJAAO warranty coverage: BAJAAO offers an additional warranty extension that adds another year of protection.
That means you get both quick relief in the first two weeks if something is wrong, plus long‑term support in case issues crop up later.
