With your support, we've grown organically in the last ten years to become India's largest music equipment store and have now invested heavily in technology and systems to be able to provide you with superior service and real-time updates on inventory and shipping.

We have tried to answer a few important questions that our existing customers may have

1. Customer Accounts - Please check your inbox for a Welcome/Activation email from bajaao.com and click on the link to activate your account. This also enrolls you into our upgraded rewards program and gives you a welcome bonus.

2. Open Orders - All recent orders that are currently open are being processed as normal by our ERP system and you will receive order updates and notifications as usual by email and telephone. During this migration, you will not be able to check the order status by logging into your account. However, our operations team will take special care to ensure that you are fully updated about your shipments. 

3. Reward Point Balances - Once you activate your account, your existing reward points will reflect in your account within 7 working days and you can start spending them :) 

4. Priority Helpline - For any assistance please email helpdesk@bajaao.com or call 1-800-200-6930.

5. Bug Reports - If you notice anything strange or if the site becomes unresponsive, please email ashu@bajaao.com. We will be grateful for your feedback.
