Very unprofessional and lousy after sales support. Firstly, due to a technical glitch price for a different product was charged.Secondly, there was a mismatch in prices for the alternative option shared. The bag is torn one. Return may be possible but i don't want to process just to wait another three months. Because i received this item after almost three months.

I am really disappointed with the item. Let it be at any price range, seller is not supposed to send torn one. I had written for return but no response except from computerize automatic reply. I had ordered together with guitar and it took 3months to send me. I am really embarrassed with bajaao.
