BOZDIGITAL-14333198
Description
Transgressor sets a new standard for transient design by combining transient shaping with two 4-band equalizers giving you the unprecedented power to EQ attack and sustain individually. Now you can craft the sound of your drums any way you want whether it’s subtle enhancement or changing the sound of an entire kit and more.
Not Just Another Transient Designer If we were to dissect the sound of a single drum hit we would discover an incredibly complex series of events all happening in rapid succession that creates the unique tone of each drum. From the attack of the stick to the resonance of the head these short time slices add together to create what we hear as the tone.
This is why it’s such a shame that the standard is to rely on static EQ to sculpt the tone of our drums. To put it bluntly eq is just not a very good tool for the job especially if drastic changes are needed. Enter Transgressor.
Transgressor breaks up your drum hits into separate sections: Transient (attack) and Sustain and lets you control the volume and EQ of those sections independently.
