All the cases I had received had defects (major and minor), maybe it's because of covid but the Bajaao service was also not upto the mark. Very slow to respond and address the issues. It is impossible to connect to Customer care..
I hope Bajaao improves the customer care service. I am still waiting for their response.
Good product.. could be slightly better for the price
Its a good case but not perfect. The top has bent a little bit where there is a gap in the seal, creating an opening, allowing the environment, moisture, and atmosphere into the case, which is not so good. However, The case travelled from India to the USA in the belly of the plane and the guitar came out without a scratch.
After purchase of Washburn apprentice guitar a year back from Bajaao, I bought this Crossrock ABS molded hardcase from the same. It reached me within 8 days only.
This is a fine piece of hard and smart guitar case in which anybody would feel safe to bury their guitar to rest peacefully 😀. Now i can finally travel with my guitar in peace.
