After placing the order, the tracking status showed the product in "packed" condition for a week. After consistent follow-up, they delivered the product in damaged condition. That actually makes me wonder whether the case is value for money. Knowing that flight handling can be rough, the case that can get damaged in transit is definitely not sturdy enough. The damaged piece put me in an embarrassing position as I had to fly out with my keyboard in two days and neither Bajaao nor any other supplier could arrange to deliver a case.Lessons learnt:1) Flight cases can also get damaged in transit. Safety of keyboards cannot be assured2) Bajaao does not keep up to it's delivery schedule3) Bajaao can fail to be insensitive to customer's plight because of it's own action/inaction4) Customer support is sometimes unreachable and sometimes says they will get back but do not until you call them persistently.
I havent g9t tue 4% discount amount in my account yet. Waiting

TSA lock is good, fits all keyboards
Psr 950 keyboard comfortabley accomodated. Extra foam pad supplied are very helpful for packaging. TSA lock pops up if not locked by key. Nice product.
Good product, may be the lifting handle would have been more sturdy. Rest product is perfect.
I purchased this Crossrock CRA861KBK Keyboard Hard Case with TSA Lock and Wheel.Pros: The delivery was before time and it was properly packed (in two cartons). The case is solid and strudy. Ample space for almost all 61keys keyboard+Adapter+cables etc. Wheels give you ease of carryng. Cons: There are 4 latches out of which one is with TSA lock+key. The moment i lift the case with keyboard(Yamaha PSR s910) inside, the TSA lock clicks open. While the remaining 3 latches are perfectly in locked position. You have to always additionaly lock the TSA latch with key in order to prevent it from unlocking.. I wish if this issue can be sorted out.. :(
Just Received today by FedEx the hard case feels good ,, space enough for adapter & keyboard 970. Thanks bajaao team very professional & gentle.
Fit my psr 970 in... Feels solid and already had a kid climb on it but it held firm... Had enough space to fit in the adapter and some other stuff too...
