Featuring a Silver Sunburst finish on single cutaway mahogany body, this metal machine means business The set-in mahogany 24-3/4"-scale neck has been carved into an ultra-fast thin U profile and is topped with 24 Extra Jumbo frets on a bound ebony fingerboard to facilitate high velocity shredding and effortless string-bending.
The EC-1000 is powered by a pair of active EMG humbuckers: an EMG 81 in the bridge position and an EMG 60 in the neck position These pickups will deliver up to the minute metal tone.
The simplified controls include a master volume for each pickup, and a single master tone control Finally, the blacked-out nickel hardware includes a LTD locking tuners and a TonePros locking TOM bridge and tailpiece that will stabilize tuning and withstand anything you can dish out.
