Nice Case.. Suits my need perfectly.. But for sure, there should exist 'Loyalty' programmes for loyal & regular customer, not one time coupons but simple point system on money spent

Product and Bajaao service both exceed expectations1) Got the product delivered within 3 calendar days through express delivery option. Has a perfect fit for my full size classical guitar and seems to be tough, haven't yet tried loading it in a flight cargo but I believe Gator will live up to its reputation. 2) All of the product specialists at Bajaao that I contacted over the phone understood my requirement of a good fit for a classical guitar case and guided me throughout the product selection and ordering process. I could connect to the specialists without having to wait in queue on an IVR. 3) I had visited almost all renowned shops in Bangalore and they all had tried to sell me hard cases from their inventory which were too big, costly and not built for classical guitar. One store owner even suggested me to visit a carpenter shop and get some kind of packing material filled in between the gaps between my guitar and the hard case that he was trying to sell me (INR 8000), saying that there are no hard cases in the market built specifically for classical guitar dimensions and that I would have to make do with the normal case built for a regular steel string acoustic guitar! Come on dude, I have been playing this style of guitar for the past 13 years, at least watch who you are trying to fool! So my experience with Bajaao has been good as a first time user and I would highly recommend this website and this product to others

They left it with the facilities office and didn't even try to contact me. I called the post office to know about estimated time for delivery soon after the tracking app showed it was at the P.O near me. They told me the delivery guy ("postman") hadn't arrived at work till then (@ 11:30 am), and it would be delivered as and when the postman can which was insane because the P.O is 800m from my residence. So I waited till 3 pm and called them again when the guy asked me to go collect it myself if I were in such a hurry. I eventually went down to find that the guy had already left with it an hour ago. I made the guy get hold of his number and call him. He picked and complacently said that he had delivered it--imagine my frustration. I called home to check if it had been delivered--it hadn't. ON calling the postman up personally and shouting at him for an eternity he told me he had left it with the facilities office....
