I have a Gator case already (for my acoustic) and I love its robust build quality. However, I feel really sad that Bajaao which boasts such a decent inventory of products, is soooo slow in delivery. It amazes me that even after everything has normalised for all facilitators, they are still crying "pandemic' and the delays are just incredibly irritating. On calling them, the responses are often condescending and dismissive. They do not seem to have any connect with the customer's needs at all. This is not a new story; perhaps it is their youth which makes them so dismissive, but I have experienced this from Bajaao customer service before. This is where they truly fall down and I cannot rate them higher than two stars.
