The 270 Deluxe is everything a jazz player could want. It's solidly built, with extra-thick reed plates (1.2mm as opposed to 1.0mm) flawless pear-wood comb, heavily chrome-plated round-hole mouthpiece, perfectly in tune with itself, stainless steel covers. And surprisingly not leaky. Most harmonicas I buy require some work - this one did not. I should say that one can't expect every one to be as air-tight as the one I bought, but the fact that it is so air-tight shows the care with which Hohner builds their better chromatic harmonicas.Best of all?
