I had purchased Infinity Clubz 750 Bluetooth Speaker from Bajaao.com on 12 July 2021, as it was Rs. 600 cheaper than Amazon.com, and that was the first mistake I made. I received the product one day late than promised delivery. The first time I tried the product it abruptly shut itself off as soon as I tried to raise the volume. I thought that I did something wrong. I checked on web and some reviews suggested to fully charge the speaker as it tends to shut off when low on power. I charged the speaker to its full capacity, but it did not solve the problem, hence I decided that the Speaker is defective and I should raise a warranty return. Now Bajaao.com does not have any warranty claim section on its website….? One has to call the customer care for the return of the product. I tried their contact details for four consecutive days but to no answer. They have the most pathetic customer care I have ever encountered in my life. I even sent a mail with a reminder the next day, to No Response. Then I called the option where service wrt new product is given. They promptly answered the call and I explained to them that I have been trying to call the customer care for last five days and have not received any call back. The product specialist then patched me up with the customer care and I explained my grievance. The customer Care then asked me to prepare a small video of the problem being encountered. I obediently made a video and sent through mail. They took two days to arrange Fedex pickup and the product was picked up. It was delivered on 26 July 2021. They did not confirm that they have received the product back, until I asked them through mail. They communicated that I will receive the refund after 10 to 15 days. I have explained my ordeal in this length as I do not want anyone else to fall into the trap of these kind of bogus online retailers. BEWARE...
